Eligibility

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Final sale items are not eligible.

How to Start a Return

Email our team at customerservice@ladybirdsport.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send you the next steps.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please place a new order and return the original item for a refund.
